Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Optional: sesame seeds, chopped green onions, chili flakes
Instructions:
- Heat Wok: Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add Veggies: Add broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add Quick-Cooking Veggies: Toss in mushrooms and snow peas. Stir-fry another 2–3 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
- Season: Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar. Toss to coat.
- Finish & Serve: Remove from heat. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired. Serve hot.
